Quantity Surveyors
Working on projects to the value of £5m, your role will be to advise on the cost and risk management of our construction projects. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and other members of the professional team, around cost management. Educated to degree level; ideally you will hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying and have a proven track record in the financial control of retail projects. Working as part of an established team but under your own initiative, previous multi project roll out experience would be an advantage.

Interior Designers
You will have excellent presentation skills, both hand drawn and PC based (Autodesk and Adobe suites). Preferably with relevant experience in the retail sector.

This is a pivotal role in which the successful candidate will have a
significant impact on the future development of this already-established, 30
strong practice.
You will have experience of managing an architectural team to deliver large
scale projects within a similar senior management role. Strong leadership
qualities are essential to inspire and motivate others together with
exceptional interpersonal, communication and client presentation skills.
Following a successful trial period, this position will lead to
